Signing my kids up for KingJiuJitsu academy has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for them. From the very first class, I noticed a shift—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Their confidence has skyrocketed, and it’s been amazing to watch them grow more self-assured and resilient each week. What’s made the biggest impact is how supportive and encouraging the instructors and the coaches are. They truly care about each child, and it shows in the way they teach, motivate, and connect with the students. My kids feel safe, seen, and empowered every time they step on the mat. This place isn’t just a gym—it’s a community. The energy is always positive, and there’s a real sense of belonging. My kids look forward to every single class and are always excited to go, even on the tough days. Watching them develop not just their skills, but also discipline, respect, and self-belief, has been incredible. My son has tried every possible sport and could not find anything that would stick. From the very first class at Vaughan Jiujitsu my son was hooked! This is the best thing for your kids, they teach them discipline, respect and teamwork. The instructors at King Jiu Jitsu Vaughan are incredible, they are wonderful with the kids. It's a really special place. Our 12 and 6 year olds go to King Ju Jitsu 3-4 times per week. It's been amazing for their fitness, focus, confidence and even their general mood.
